Gewürztraminer

Gewürztraminer — in the Moldovan register Traminer Roz, 'pink Traminer' — is the aromatic mutation of Savagnin Rose, of German origin (VIVC 12609, whose synonyms include Traminer roz and Traminer rozovyi). Its small round berries are pearly pink and taste of rose. Moldova had 623 ha of it in the Register at the end of 2019; it is made dry, off-dry and sweet.
