Ciumai

A protected designation of origin registered by AGEPI on 13 October 1999 (DO-0011). It lies in the south of the Valul lui Traian region, Taraclia district: the villages of Vinogradovca, Ciumai, Chirilovca and Mirnoe in the Vinogradovca commune. The name covers dry and dessert red wine. Ciumai is also one of the country's 22 wine centres (Ministry of Agriculture order no. 11/2016). Its specification has not been published.
